N-Power Tech 2018 List of Shortlisted Candidates for batch B- check here

N-Power, the federal government’s National Social Investment Programme has announced that applicants yet to be shortlisted will be considered for recruitment in two other categories. If you applied for any of the N-Power Graduate programmes and you were not shortlisted, you are likely to receive a message that you have been shortlisted for either the N-Power Tech or Creative programmes. Follow this post to know how to check your names.

This post is for both candidates who applied for the 2016 and 2017 Npower graduate recruitment schemes in both the npower teach, npower agro and npower health, that they will be accommodated in the npower tech or npower creative sections if they deem fit and suitable to fit into the programme.

Skills and knowledge are the driving forces of economic growth and social development. Despite the current high level of unemployment, harnessing Nigeria’s young demography through appropriate skill development efforts provides an opportunity to achieve inclusion and productivity within the country. Large-scale skill development is the main policy thrust of the N-Power Programme.

Please note that Npower Tech programme is for Developers. It is meant to empower 10,000 Software Developers into the ICT Industry.  The N-Power Tech for developers programme will train, tool and position 10,000 hands-on software developers for the local and international software development market. Participants will undergo a project based model to training wherein they will be exposed to foundational software development tools as well as resources to thrive as a modern day software developer entrepreneur. The programme will seek to establish the foundation knowledge, tools and platform upon which participants can pursue a career as software development entrepreneurs. Training will last 11 weeks and culminate with job fairs to link participants with placement opportunities within their respective localities. The programme will also offer a continuity platform to support participants with learning and engagement opportunities on a continuous basis. Participants will be enabled with a device to continue the practice and exploration of opportunities after training.

How to know if you have been shortlisted for the N-Power 2018 List

To know if you have been selected to join this section of the npower programme, be it an applicant who submitted online application in 2016 or 2017,please follow the steps below.

Visit the npower site at http://npvn.npower.gov.ng/

Login with your phone number and password

If selected, the login process will open for you, if not  then you are not selected.

Secondly, put your phone number open as text messages will be sent to those selected and what next to do.
